Due to the cost of operations and the condition of the economy, CPGM will not be open for recreational prospecting on a day to day basis in 2016.
All other operations including RV sites, tent camping and cabin rentals will operate normally during our season. Call for availability and reservations. Click here to see camping rates.
Special groups (family reunions, festivals, etc.) and GPAA chapters will be welcome for planned outings. Call for information.
The General Store is well stocked and will be open for business, call ahead for hours of operations.
Professional consultation will still be available, call for appointment.
Mining seminars will be scheduled throughout the season, keep up with our calendar for dates and activities.
Visiting With A Classic Van?
Many of our visitors come here in their pride and joy; a classic van. It is great to go on a road trip and experience the open road in a truly classic vehicle but we need to make sure that our customers know the cost before coming. Parking on site for the day will cost $10. Our car park has CCTV and a secure fence so you can have piece of mind that it will be ok to leave your vehicle with us. The other thing you need to make sure of is that you have the right insurance. Ford owners can get Escort Van Insurance which will cover you in case of accidents or theft. For all our other rates please speak to a member of our staff.

Our Campground is still operational year round.
